What an amazing experience we had with Jeff and his team. The amount of knowledge is unbelievable, he even wrote his own book which was such an easy read with all the information you may need to purchase a home.  Verified Bill and Cindy at Southern Oaks Mortgage were the absolute best!  This was the 3rd home that I have purchased with Bill, and I can't say enough about him.  He is incredibly knowledgeable, made himself available anytime for questions, and not only explained the process every step of the way, but took the time to teach me, so I could make well informed decisions.  
This was my first time working with Cindy, and she was nothing less than a miracle worker.  I had a very tough situation with my loan and she went above and beyond to make it happen.  She was incredibly communicative, organized, professional, and also very kind.
